Click on the Squad button to go into the Squad Home page, seen here:

On this screen you can access the Squad Manager, Training, Treatment Room and Youth Academy screens, plus a few stats screens too. The Squad Manager screen will show you everthing you need to know about your Squad.
Here is the Squad manager screen:
Your whole squad can be seen on this screen, in position order by default, but you can change the information shown to you using the filter at the top. I've only shown down to the first 2 Goalkeepers on this screenshot.
When looking at your squad for the first time there are a few questions you should be asking yourself:
- How big is your squad?
- How many players do you have in each position?
- Do you have enough Keepers?
- How old are your players?
- How long are their contracts?
- What are your players' wages?
Assessing this information and acting on it is your job as manager and could be crucial to your success on the pitch. I highly recommend exploring every aspect of your squad. After all, these are the guys who are going out onto the pitch. It's best that you get to know them very well.
